Praying up Deuteronomy 20:3-4 this week. This is the Cordele First version of the verse, “He will say; people of Cordele First, listen to me! Today you are going into battle against your enemies. Don’t lose your courage. Don’t be troubled or upset. Don’t be afraid of the enemy. For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.” Just as God was with the Israelites in their battles, He is with us today in our everyday battles. Pray for faith in these words. Pray for courage before stepping out the door in the mornings. Pray that we will not be troubled or upset during the day and know that God is with us. He will win the battle over evil. ~ Frances
